MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

To apply for the role, you must meet the following criteria:

• 18 years of age or above.
• Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident.
• A completed Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (Year 12 Certificate or equivalent), or Tertiary level education at Diploma level at minimum.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Directing Air Traffic: Use radar and communication tools to manage aircraft safely, whether they’re taking off, landing, or flying through controlled airspace.
• Making Quick Decisions: You’ll think fast and stay calm under pressure, keeping the flow of air traffic smooth and safe.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with a high-energy team to solve complex challenges and help make air travel safer for everyone.
