DESCRIPTION

You’ll have a key role in providing a wide range of on-boarding/administration/continuing support services to a high quality and diverse portfolio of clients in the provision of corporate and fiduciary services. You’ll be client facing, working directly with clients and their onshore/offshore intermediaries (legal advisors, banks, family offices etc.).

ABOUT YOU - ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven corporate onboarding/administration/AML experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ideally you’ll be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI at foundation level or a legal qualification), or be motivated to study in the future
  • Ability to use initiative, proactivity and good experience of having to balance priorities
  • Able to manage multiple mandates at once while monitoring deal timelines and managing client expectations to achieve a smooth new business take on
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to build relationships, working as part of a team to achieve a common goal and be self-motivated and career driven
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software. Knowledge of specialist industry software e.g. Practice Management Systems (Viewpoint/Navision) and Document Management Systems (Worksite) will be an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Carry out initial evaluation of new business mandates to include searches, due diligence and highlighting relevant points at an early stage
  • Organising new business committee meetings between key stakeholders and arranging for the timely circulation of new business documents
  • Maintain a record of new business proceedings and pre/post incorporation conditions or actions
  • Prepare and present ‘straightforward’ new business mandates to our New Business Committee for their assessment
  • Maintain new business workflows and corresponding worksite files
  • Assist with new/existing service of process mandates, to include on-boarding, drafting engagement letters, raising invoices, updating registers and renewing mandates
  • Provide on-going support to the administration teams as required for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are conducted effectively and to a high standard
  • Ensure client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured
  • Assist with the effective administration of workload to include timely and accurate processing of work, effective prioritisation, meeting transactional, statutory and internal procedural deadlines and managing WIP and debt collection
  • Preparation of submissions on the MyRegistry platform in relation to entity formation and dissolution
