Position Title: Windscreen Fitter (Experienced or Trainee) Location: Caloundra or Maroochydore QLD Employment Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week About the Role: RACQ is currently seeking experienced Windscreen Fitters or Trainees to join its Auto Services team across Southeast Queensland, with a primary location at Lawn. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to RACQ members and customers. This includes working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The position offers stable full-time employment with opportunities for training and career development. Key Responsibilities: Perform windscreen and auto glass repairs and replacements on-site and at customer locations. Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of work completed. Provide excellent customer service. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in automotive glass fitting is desirable but not essential (trainee positions available). Valid driver’s licence. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check. Desirable Criteria: Relevant automotive trade qualifications.
