Our service network prides itself in providing support to customers at the highest level…service is everything!
We’re looking for a relatively young person to be based in our Custom Build Centre, learn the Software applications that drives our high performance Printers, understand the functions and to learn the mechanics, engine and eventually provide technical support to customers with service visits, repairs and troubleshooting.
This role will give you the opportunity to work on the most advanced large format equipment in the world with support from the Liyu HQ in Germany. You don’t need to know anything about this industry but we expect a good technically inquisitive mind with a decent understanding of computers. You must well mannered, self motivated, pro active, smart and conscientious with excellent communication skills with loyalty that will eventually forge a relationship with customers and maintain their level of confidence with us. Overnight stays nationwide in hotels will be inevitable from time to time.
You will attend installations and help train customers with their new equipment.
We will strongly consider print operators or people with graphic design experience who have knowledge of Illustrator or understand what dpi is !
A good salary package for suitable candidate and laptop leading to company vehicle, expense card, international travel.
Early starts and late finishes will be inevitable at times but very flexible hours depending on workload.
