Description

Characterisation of compounds from our collection using HR-MS and NMR: Analyse selected compounds from our compound collection on a HPLC-HRMS (QToF) and preferably also a high-field NMR system; verification of identity, documentation of characteristic fragmentation and spectra, estimation of purity. Spectral database entries: Creation of corresponding database entries. Establish quality check tools/protocol to ensure high quality database Automation of related workflows: Contribute to automation of corresponding workflow.
