ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you looking to start your career in sales? Luceco Group is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in a supportive, field-based environment.
You’ll work alongside our Area Sales Managers to build relationships with Electrical Wholesalers, Trade Counters, and DIY retailers across Scotland. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Learn to represent our leading brands: BG Electrical, Masterplug, Luceco, Ross, and Sync Energy
• Support the team in driving sales growth across your territory
• Assist in winning new business and managing existing key accounts
• Help deliver product training and promotional support to customers
• Analyse market activity and contribute to territory-specific strategies
• Maintain CRM updates and assist with sales reporting
