Responsibilities

Are you ready to take the first step in your new career? Do you want to do meaningful work that improves quality of life?
At Tetra Tech, you will be a part of a cutting edge, multi-disciplinary consultancy with global reach. You will work with teams at the forefront of engineering and environmental consultancy who use their expertise in water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, defence, energy, and international development to build a better tomorrow.
We take an innovative approach to hiring. A degree qualification is not required for this role and we welcome all applications from those that want to get involved in a career that makes a measurable difference in people’s lives.
You will get the opportunity to work on a diverse range of interesting buildings, including historical, architecturally significant, and industrial sites as part of our multi-disciplinary teams. Projects will be based not only in the local area, but also further afield throughout the UK with significant opportunities for international travel.
All training is provided and will be based upon the British Occupational Hygiene Society’s P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (link) which will include both practical and theoretical elements with mentoring provided by our qualified expert consultants.
Upon successful qualification and authorisation in line with our UKAS accreditations you will then be able to carry out asbestos surveys and analytical works independently across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
