Your role will assist in coordinating Greenvale Growing’s operations, including all tasks performed by the growing team and any work carried out by third-party contractors or agency staff.

• Assisting the growing team with planning and implementing all crop production, involving every step of the process: planting, irrigation, harvesting and storage
• Supporting the team with the management of stock control
• Ensuring the growing business meets all crop protocols at the highest level
• Assisting with all storage operations, tracking box movements, lorry collections and deliveries
• Assisting the growing team to lead and motivate all staff and contractor
