Our Audiology Practitioners are key to making sure the customer journey is fantastic. You will make sure that the screening process is efficient, providing the best customer service for private services. In this role, you’ll be supported by an HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser), and work with them to keep building your skills and complete your training. The role involves Microsuction ( Wax removal) which is the first course you will complete, but you must also be confortable selling products and services, converting customer appointments to progress to hearing test when required as well as administration duties such as booking clinics. In addition to this you may also be helping with minor repairs and rehabilitation and microsuction duties if required. OUR STORE

Based mainly in the lovely store in Shrewsbury but the lovely Director Humza is ideally looking for someone to drive as he also has a couple of other spokes in Bridnorth, Wellington and also Witchurch that you will need to work across as and when required. The role is full time, working 5 days over 7 and weekend work will be required and can be discussed at interview.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Fluency in use of patient management systems (e.g. Socrates/Auditdata/Sycle) or previous experience in an audiology or optical setting or retail
