Our Audiology Practitioners are key to making sure the customer journey is fantastic. You will make sure that the screening process is efficient, providing the best customer service for both NHS and private services. In this role, you’ll be supported by an HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser), and work with them to keep building your skills and complete your training. The role involves administration duties, as well as booking clinics, helping with minor repairs and rehabilitation and microsuction duties if required. DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Fluency in use of patient management systems (e.g. Socrates/Auditdata/Sycle) or previous experience in an audiology or optical setting or retail
