• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
• Following Simmons’ Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
• Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation,including stock handling,collecting and washing glasses.
• Maintaining clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
• Processing correct payments on the tills.
• Demonstrate Simmons values every single day.
