EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• ENG1 is essential.
• Familiarity with data entry processes is beneficial for maintaining accurate records.
• Strong phone etiquette skills are preferred for communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within a dynamic environment is essential.

• Assist the Boatmaster in navigating and operating the vessel safely.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vessel, ensuring a pleasant environment for passengers.
• Engage with passengers to enhance their experience, including upselling services where appropriate.
• Record data accurately regarding vessel operations, passenger numbers, and any incidents that may occur.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety.
