As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to train as a future Branch Manager at our Ringwood site.
This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who enjoys learning new skills, working with customers, and taking pride in high-quality craftsmanship. You’ll be trained in every stage of our marine decking process — from scanning and CAD design to CNC machining and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately scanning marine decks using digital tools
• Cleaning and preparing scan files using Rhino CAD
• Designing custom decking layouts to client specifications
• Creating CNC toolpaths and operating CNC routers and laser machines
• Installing decks both on-site and at external locations
• Managing customer relationships and delivering excellent service

Key Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence
• A confident, friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers and building relationships
• A good eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Solid understanding of Rhino CAD (or similar)
• Very computer literate and comfortable with digital tools
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities
