JOB DESCRIPTION

we are looking for a trainee multi skilled building maintenance engineer to work within a small family business .
carrying out general maintenance and repairs to our existing high street clients
previous experience in the building industry would be a great advantage
driving licence required trainee Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers working across the South west of England and south wales , providing Maintenance support for our Blue Chip Retail Clients. You will be required to learn and carry out various reactive and planned maintenance tasks across our clients sites in a professional manner , learning Day to Day duties of Plumbing, Carpentry, General Maintenance and Painting . candidates must have excellent organisational skills, as will as be eventually working on their own initiative and must have good communication skills as dealing with our Clients is part of the role. Due to Nature of role candidates must be flexible and reliable as jobs dictate and call outs could be outside normal working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
