End Systems are now recruiting a Trainee Building Services Surveyor / AutoCAD Technician to work as part of a busy team of mechanical and electrical building services surveyors, in producing as fitted MEP drawings, across a variety of projects.
The role requires a hardworking, conscientious operative who is comfortable communicating with clients and great at working as part of a team.
Building services surveying / AutoCAD technician encompasses the survey of MEP services / systems on construction sites or within live buildings, which are then created / updated on AutoCAD software to provide our clients with digital as built drawings of their buildings and associated MEP services within.
A candidate who is a enthusiastic to learn and a well organised individual with excellent time keeping would be ideally suited to the role. The candidate should be comfortable working within a fast paced environment that is highly focused on producing work of an excellent standard and working within the clients / project timeframes.

The Trainee Building Services Surveyor / AutoCAD Technician has the following roles and responsibilities and is expected to be proficient in the following:-
· Understanding M&E Plant / Equipment
· Understanding MEP Services / Schematics
· Understanding Basic Operation of Mechanical & Electrical Systems
· Understanding Time Available & Deadlines
· Carry out surveys on Existing/New MEP Systems to a high detailed standard
· Produce detailed As Fitted MEP System layouts/schematics in AutoCAD format
· Liaise directly with clients / building users

Pay: £16,862.00-£26,400.00 per year
