Responsibilities

THIS IS A DYNAMIC ROLE WITH A DIVERSE SET OF RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

  • Learn how to elicit, document, and analyse software requirements using Visual Spec.
  • Assist in creating business process models (e.g., swimlanes, business activity models, process maps).
  • Support the development of system diagrams, such as state diagrams, sequence diagrams, and data models.
  • Learn how to apply AI and data-driven insights to business processes and automation.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into low-fidelity wireframes and software prototypes.
  • Learn to use our tools to generate solution designs, refine wireframes, and automate decision-making processes.
  • Work with senior designers to create intelligent user journeys and interaction flows.
  • Explore the use of AI in predictive analytics, data mapping, and process optimisation.
  • Support and facilitate client workshops focused on AI adoption, data strategies, and digital transformation.
  • Learn how to communicate the impact of AI and data-driven decision-making to stakeholders.
  • Assist in gathering and refining business requirements from clients.
  • Gain foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development.
  • Develop expertise in business terminology (e.g., EBITDA, margin, turnover, market share, ROI) and how this impacts financial decision-making.
  • Learn how user-centred design (UCD) can improve software usability and accessibility.
  • Understand how digital tools fit into the Agile development process and software lifecycle.
