What You’ll Do:

As a Trainee Business Consultant, you will:

• Learn how to implement and support NetSuite ERP solutions for a wide range of clients
• Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to understand business requirements
• Translate financial and operational needs into tailored system configurations
• Support clients through data migration, system testing, training, and go-live
• Gain valuable experience in business analysis, project delivery, and client engagement

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong foundation in accounting
• Has hands-on experience in accounting roles such as finance assistant, accounts technician, or management accountant
• Is eager to transition into a consultancy and systems-focused career path
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys problem-solving
• Is tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus, but not required – full training will be provided
