CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting support (headcount, business reporting, etc.) Masterdata maintenance Be a contact point for Almirall Spain employees, helping them with contracting of services/products and other queries. Support managing different Almirall insurances (medical, life and accident) with the broker. Support fleet manager the car benefit incidences. Document drafting ad processing (communication salary increase letters, certificates, etc.) Ad-hoc support in C&B projects PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES Service minded person with a high level of customer service. Analytical, high attention to detail and with a ‘hands-on’ attitude. Team player, accountable, discreet and results driven. Positive, dynamic and very enthusiastic about learning. Self-organization skills. Expert level knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel (vlookup, pivot tables and charts). Experience in Workday is an advantage. High interpersonal skills. Intermediate level of English required, advanced desirable. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Degree (Master / Bachelor) in Labor Relations, Economics or Business, or similar. Complementary degree in HR and/or C&B management is a plus.
