We are currently recruiting a Trainee CAD Technicianto join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to Produce high quality 2D drainage connectivity plans & technical drawings utilising in house Auto CAD system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail & efficiency
In return, we are offering a salary of up to £25,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus working for a well established business, career progression, annual leave, pension, golf days, family days and Christmas parties
This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be 37.5 hour working week, Monday - Friday.

Reporting to the Hiring Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site survey information to produce accurate connectivity plans
  • Update and revise existing drawings in line with design changes or client requirements.
  • Maintain & update “Return to site projects” liaising with scheduler to arrange effective site visits
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure project alignment
  • Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities within proposed works and reflect these across the plan
  • Provide support to Mobilisation team through shared inbox & phone system
  • Provide support to in house remedial & CCTV teams to create digital CCTV drainage plans using CAD
