The Role: Trainee Sales Executive Salary: £13.00 per hour + monthly bonus Location: Coventry Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required -------- What will you be getting up to? Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience. Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates Spot opportunities to upsell products and services Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques, this will typically run for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own speed. The length of the program will be dictated by your progress and ability Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will progress to a Sales Executive position A positive attitude and alignment with our values: Proud, Honest, Supportive, Happy and Together What do we need from you? Responsibilities
