Rom Motors have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious person to join our growing team as a Trainee Car Sales Executive. This role is not only for a sales person, but an enthusiast as well, someone who is motivated by the vehicle we sell and keen to show their enthusiasm through exceptional service to our customers.

As a Trainee Sales Executive you will be working as part of the sales team to create opportunities whilst ensuring the highest level of integrity, customer experience and satisfaction with a very keen eye for quality and detail. A large part of this job role is not only knowledge of the industry but also knowledge of the product. Someone who is passionate about cars would suit this role perfectly as building a relationship with our customers is key to success within the role.

Experience:

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the customer has a great experience whilst dealing with Rom Motors, maintaining an extremely high level of customer service throughout the buying journey and closing the sale in a timely manner
  • Carry out detailed and thorough appraisals of part exchanges
  • Maximise Profitability in chassis & F&I sales
  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure sold cars are prepared to our company standards and are ready for delivery on the agreed date
  • Carry out vehicle handovers.
  • Contact all customers post sale to ensure satisfaction and encouraging them to leave a review
  • Ensure all of your sales administration duties are fulfilled without any errors
  • Ensuring the site is presentable, up to date and suitable for customer visits
  • Assist other members of staff when necessary, i.e. assist the workshop in moving cars or taking pictures for the marketing department including advertising description.
  • General office duties if necessary
  • This role is ideally suited to an ambitious, hardworking, organised character with a desire and willingness to learn and improve
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, email and in person in a professional and timely manner

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
