About the Role:
As a Care Coordinator Trainee, you’ll begin your journey with a mix of fieldwork and office-based tasks. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibilities within the office and develop the skills needed to manage care delivery efficiently.

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred
Responsibilities
  • Providing hands-on care: personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance
  • Supporting clients in accessing the community (e.g. appointments, outings)
  • Conducting spot checks, assessments, and client reviews
  • Assisting with training and mentoring new care staff
  • Liaising with health and social care professionals
  • Learning to manage staff rotas and scheduling visits (full training provided)
  • Participating in on-call duties (as part of the rota)

  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • A car driver with access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
