SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Highly organised, efficient and proactive.
• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or visitor attraction sector.
• Level 2 Food hygiene certificate and allergy training (desirable but not essential)
• Proven leadership skills.
• Calm and confident under pressure, with great communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
