STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Clean Room Operator Trainee to join the team. This position is responsible for the daily operation of the clean room. 1st Shift - 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM with $1.00 shift differential Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs cleaning of final assemblies using alkaline cleaner. Performs cleanliness testing using solvent. Dries final assemblies using nitrogen and vacuum oven. Performs microscope and other forms of inspection. Packages final assemblies to preserve cleanliness. Records and maintains documentation of test results and data into computer system. Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness. Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulation including the use of PPE. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
