Description

WE’RE RECRUITING!

We’re looking for a proactive and committed Clinic Manager to take the reins at our brand-new Faringdon clinic, which currently has two treatment rooms and ambitious plans for growth.
This is ideally a full-time position with working hours to be discussed at interview, but flexibility will be key — especially during the initial training and setup phase.
The right candidate will initially train at our Swindon clinic and provide cover there during June and July. After this, they will take the lead on launching and managing the new Faringdon clinic, ensuring it runs smoothly and professionally from day one. They will report directly to the Swindon Head Office Clinic Manager and work closely with the wider leadership team to support ongoing development and resourcing as the Faringdon clinic expands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and is motivated by creating systems, supporting teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences. We are a vibrant and growing healthcare practice dedicated to helping our clients get better and, more importantly, stay better.

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure and excellent at problem-solving
  • Friendly and approachable, with natural leadership qualities
  • Driven by process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of clinic life
  • Flexible and dependable, especially during the early launch phase

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operational management of the Faringdon clinic
  • Oversee and coordinate staffing and rotas
  • Lead on-site team communication and support
  • Maintain a high standard of client care and experience
  • Manage booking systems, supplies, and clinic logistics
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff as the clinic grows
  • Act as keyholder and ensure safe opening/closing procedures
  • Cover Reception and administrative duties as needed, especially early on

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer-facing clinic environment
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Confidence managing people, priorities, and processes
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Previous clinic management or supervisory experience desirable, but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate with strong transferable skills

Core Values We Expect:

  • Teamwork
  • Kindness and empathy
  • Respect
  • Professionalism and due care
  • Clarity of purpose and accomplishment
  • Technical excellence and growth
