MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE…

• Providing excellent customer care in all care pathways being utilised in the store.
• Equipment / technical set ups, completing of delegated tasks
• Perform diagnostic / pre-assessment procedures under the supervision of the optometrist
• Perform digital imaging and OCT scan capture
• Perform visual field testing following the attending optometrist’s instructions of strategy and programme

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clear explanation of the appointment to the customer
• Ensure all datas protection and regulatory rules and regulations are explained and followed
• Complete the necessary diagnostics with the customer whilst adhering to the current IPC and PPE guidelines
• Ensure the customer is comfortable and aware of what to expect at each part if their journey
