• Support production activities by preparing and using tooling under guidance.
• Learn and perform grinding operations with supervision to refine and finish components.
• Assist in the development and optimisation of CNC programmes for grinding operations under supervision.
• Assist in metal finishing processes to meet customer requirements.
• Learn to assemble components using basic hand tools
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with team members to develop skills and contribute to process improvements.
