ABOUT TRUCKFORCE:

Our TruckForce service network is made up of Goodyear equity-owned hubs and independent service providers specialising in the lifecycle management of truck tyres. Goodyear tyres are the product of over 100 years of innovation and state-of-the-art technology, offering very high levels of performance and safety and is a brand that is looking for several tyre fitters to support them all the way through their career.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone who has a recognised qualification in Tyre Fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach and Roadside Breakdown) is desired.
• Someone who is looking to get into the industry with a passion for tyre fitting and delivering top customer service. We will provide training so that you will become accredited with a City and Guilds qualification.
• A full valid UK driving licence is essential
• Confident in using electronic devices e.g. a tablet and computer
• Experience of dealing with customers face to face or via telephone/email
• Able to manage and prioritise your own workload
• Diligent and health and safety minded
• A motivated individual able to work as part of a team and individually.

• To provide a fully comprehensive service to meet customer requirements and deliver first in service standards via SLA or individual instructions.
• Attend customer sites/premises and deliver SLA service to fleet.
• Complete all job cards/fleet inspections and associated paperwork to company standards
• Attend roadside breakdowns and work to H&S standards (day or night)
• Maintain van and issued equipment to highest standard of care
