The Angel View Hotel is a small independent family run business comprising of 27 hotel rooms, 3 function/events suites and our bar/restaurant.
The menu is typically ‘pub grub’ with daily specials and a very popular Sunday Carvery. We also cater for events which usually will consist of buffet menus, however does include weddings, where we offer wedding breakfast.
The role of the Trainee/Commis would be to support the Chef in busier periods with preparation and full menu training will be given in order to advance knowledge and skills. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about food and looking to learn and progress in a busy restaurant/hospitality setting.
The role will consist of around 5 x 4hr shifts weekday evenings but during busier periods and annual leave may include additional hours and weekends.
