Join our seaside kitchen under the guidance of Chef Caleb Munday at a charming 60-cover restaurant on the harbour front, where local Cornish ingredients shine in simple, perfect dishes.
About Us

Nestled on the Cornish harbour front, we celebrate:

  • Cornish-caught fish delivered daily
  • One biodynamic Pendeen bullock a month
  • Honest, unfussy cooking that lets ingredients speak for themselves

Our culinary collaborations include Adam Handling’s Ugly Butterfly pop-ups and live events at the Local Foods Festival. We’re proud partners of Cornwall Hospitality Collective, a charity dedicated to culinary education through accredited courses and inspiring collaborations.
What You’ll Learn

As our Trainee Chef, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every kitchen discipline:

  • Master preparation techniques for fish, meat and seasonal produce
  • Develop your own dishes alongside Chef Caleb Munday
  • Manage stock ordering and learn supplier relationships
  • Oversee kitchen workflows and basic team management
