WHAT IS INVOLVED?

Talbot Hotel Stillorgan and the Talbot Collection in conjunction with the Kildare and Wicklow ETB (KWETB) are recruiting for Trainee Commis Chefs. The programme will commence on Monday 3rd of November 2025. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed trainee chefs to join our team. The programme is set to take place in their new, state-of-the-art facility in Athy, Co. Kildare.
