For our Employee Benefits Business, we are looking for a trainee for minimum 6 months in our Customer Services Team in charge of Group insurance contracts clients requests.

Your Role :

  • Discover the insurance sector, learn about Swiss Life’s products, clients and internal processes
  • Support the team with the administration of our contracts’ portfolio (prepare files for clients, reply to client requests, investments follow up, claim managements, web-login…)
  • Assist the AML/KYC team in the review of the contract portfolio in the daily administration tasks
  • Be an active team player and contribute to the effective operations of the Client Services Team taking into account the priorities of the department
  • Learn to provide high quality services and timely response to our customers

Your Profile :

  • Currently studying a Master or a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and verbal), German is an asset
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, solution-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Team player with a strong capacity to communicate
