At Kalmar, we’re looking for a Digital Support Trainee to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting both customers and internal teams while helping to ensure a smooth digital experience for all users on MyKalmar, our customer portal.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Support Trainee, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Assisting customers with technical issues and providing first-level support via email or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting login problems, system errors, and other technical challenges in collaboration with our development team
  • Supporting the creation of digital marketing materials, presentations, and documentation
  • Tracking user activity and analyzing key performance metrics to suggest improvements
  • Preparing reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with teams across marketing, pricing, product, and more to resolve customer issues and support projects.
