Position: Trainee DBA Experience: 0-2 years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate Roles and Responsibilities :- * Create, update, and manage support tickets using tracking dashboards in ServiceNow * basic troubleshooting, resolving straightforward queries like logging tickets in tracking systems before escalating complex problems to L2 or L3 * Assisting team members with day-to-day project operations. * Resolving L1/L2 technical support tickets * Actively engaging in team brainstorming meetings and providing fresh perspectives * Escalate unresolvable or highly complex technical problems to Level 2 (L2) or Level 3 (L3) engineering teams with detailed notes.
