We are looking for two Demand & Supply Planner trainees to join our Sales and Operations planning team for summer 2025. Teleste’s Operations, Logistics & Sourcing is tasked with operating the end-to-end supply chain in an agile, efficient and customer centric way.
Our Sales and Operations planning team is responsible for sales forecasting, customer order management, export processes, customer collaboration, production planning, operative purchasing, and supplier collaboration. We are now looking for two Demand & Supply Planner trainees to support our team during the summer holiday period.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in operations and supply chain management in a professional and collaborative environment at Teleste Oyj’s Headquarters in Littoinen. One position will focus more on demand planning (customers), while the other will be supplier-facing. Therefore, your responsibilities will primarily include either…

• Manage customer and internal orders in the ERP system, ensuring an up-to-date order backlog
• Maintain customer master data
• Scheduling deliveries in collaboration with the S&OP team, considering material availability and capacity constraints
• Communicate and coordinate order changes with customers
• Participation in customer collaboration meetings
• Prepare export documentation (e.g., Certificate of Origin, ATR)
• Plan and coordinate logistics solutions with the Transportation Specialist

OR

• Ensure material supply in collaboration with production planning and suppliers
• Confirm and send purchase orders to suppliers
• Manage and update item master data in ERP
• Control inventory levels for purchased items
• Update delivery dates in ERP based on supplier confirmations
• Send purchase forecasts to suppliers
• Coordinate ramp up and ramp down schedules for product version changes
