We are recruiting for another trainee dental nurse to join our growing team.
An excellent opportunity working for an established dental practice based in Telford. You will work in a busy practice dealing with all aspects of oral health and hygiene. You will work under the care and guidance of experienced dentists with a friendly support team.
You will be enrolled on an apprenticeship & will need to attend weekly workshops at a training centre.
Preferable skills are; good IT skills, good communication skills, good telephone manner, confidence & professionalism.
Essential requirements are; flexibility & excellent punctuality, good attitude towards work with a presentable appearance, must be caring and understanding towards all patients & an ambition to do well in dental nursing. Team work is a must. Overtime will be required on a Monthly rotation with plenty of notice.
Working days are Monday – Friday from 8.45am – 5.00pm or 7pm on late night clinics & every Saturday from 7.45am –3.15pm. Saturdays are compulsory, please only apply if you understand you will work most Saturdays with a day off midweek where possible.
Duties will include:
· Assisting the dentist at chair-side
· Reception duties
· Decontamination duties
· Offering assistance to patients
· Clinical and general cleaning within the practice
· Any other duties to assist with the smooth running of the practice
