REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or diploma. Or trainee happy to enroll on college course/ online course
  • Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a busy practice environment.
  • IT proficiency for managing patient records and scheduling systems is essential.
  • Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is crucial. Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
  • Provide excellent patient care by ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and medical histories, using IT systems effectively.
  • Sterilise instruments and maintain a clean and organised clinical environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote better dental health.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
