ROLE OVERVIEW:

• This is a dynamic role designed to develop the next generation of profit centre managers. You will work closely with experienced leaders across various branches, gaining deep operational knowledge and honing the skills required to eventually run your own profit centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support daily operations across centres in the region
• Assist in maximising sales and profitability of assigned locations
• Learn and implement company systems, processes, and best practices
• Build strong product knowledge in electrical wholesale
• Develop effective relationships with suppliers and customers
• Represent the company in line with its values and standards
• Collaborate with managers to understand all areas of the business
• Prepare for future leadership responsibilities
