WHAT’S THE ROLE ABOUT?

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Trainee Designer to join our dynamic Boyswear team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in fashion design, working alongside experienced designers to bring fresh, trend led concepts to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the full design process, from initial ideas to finished garments and develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Supporting the Boyswear design team in creating seasonal collections.
• Researching trends, colours, fabrics, and inspiration for design concepts.
• Assisting with sketching, CAD work, and tech packs for development.
• Supporting with organising samples and keeping design archives up to date.
• Preparing mood boards and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to support the design process.
• Attending fit sessions and supporting with product sampling.
• Contributing fresh ideas and helping to shape the creative direction of Boyswear ranges.
