In this role you will be responsible for: CRM Requirement Intake Participate in meetings with stakeholders alongside the Product Owner to gather CRM-related needs. Take detailed notes and assist in formalizing and submitting campaign or feature requirements to the CRM team. Support CRM Campaign Creation Collaborate with Product Owner and local teams to support the development and execution of email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns. Ensure timely follow-ups for content approvals and alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor and Report on Campaign Performance Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Prepare performance reports to highlight insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Student in the final year of a Bachelor's (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
