ABOUT THE ROLE

RICOMAN is a dynamic and growing lighting manufacaturer based in Salford. We’re looking for a trainee to join our team — someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to start or grow their career in digital marketing.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone with a genuine interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer service. While experience in SEO or PPC is a bonus, it’s not essential — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to help drive traffic, support online sales, and improve the customer experience across both our trade-focused site (ricoman.com) and our e-commerce platform (linearlights.co.uk).
A key part of the role involves assisting with Google Ads and SEO campaigns, as well as helping manage website updates, product listings, and customer support across digital platforms.
