Responsibilities

THE ROLE/CANDIDATE

Due to growth, we are currently looking to recruit and train a trainee Industrial Door Engineer from the Stoke area to work alongside our Lead Engineer, remotely from our depot in the Wednesbury.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE ASSISTING IN THE INSTALLATION, SERVICING, REPAIRING, AND FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF INDUSTRIAL DOORS AND ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS:

  • Industrial sectional overhead doors
  • High speed/rapid roll doors
  • Industrial roller shutters
  • Fire shutters and doors
  • Folding and sliding doors
  • Steel security doors
  • Dock levellers/loading bays
  • Automatic doors
    Previous industrial door experience is not essential, since full training and career progression will be available.
    A CSCS card, PASMA and IPAF qualifications would be an advantage although full training will be provided as required.
    A full driving licence is essential, and the position is subject to a criminal records check.
    The successful candidates must be flexible and willing to work overtime.
