Job Description Trainee Drainage CCTV Survey Processor Aberford, Leeds Permanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefits We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trainee Drainage CCTV Survey Processor to join our Survey Department. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in producing accurate survey reports, drawings, and recommendations that support our clients and operational teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a new role, with strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. More about the role: Manage and organise survey data collected on site, ensuring it is securely backed up. Process survey data within 4 working days and ensure reports are issued to clients within 5 working days. Review CCTV footage and transcribe observations using WinCan software. Produce professional-quality drawings using AutoCAD and generate site plans using tools such as Google Earth. Collate recommendations for remedial actions based on survey results, including estimated costs. Liaise with operations, sales, and clients to provide feedback and highlight any issues requiring further action. Support the sales team by producing quotations from external CCTV surveys when required. Qualifications About you: Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Professional, approachable, and adaptable, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
