JOB DESCRIPTION

Job duties include – To assist drain/water mains/excavations groundworks and repairs/replacement, repairing manholes, and learn how to, Clear blocked drains, blocked toilets, sinks, pipes, CCTV Surveys, maintenance work, cleaning of pits, locating and repairing of burst water leaks, plumbing jobs toilets, sinks & bathrooms, showers etc, and any other duties which will be to the company’s benefit.
Hours of work – Monday to Friday, 7.45am – 5pm with some weekend works from time to time. We are a 24hr company so can sometimes be late finishes depending on late incoming calls and location of calls, or early starts, depending on destination, there is also an on-call rota.
Job position – You will become part of a drainage/plumbing/ground working team that covers the whole of North Wales, Anglesey, Wirral, Cheshire and the North West.
You will be responsible for assisting with checking vans, high pressure jetting machines and equipment for any faults and carrying out general maintenance i.e., checking oil, water and diesel measures are correct, tyre tread depths, etc. Also maintaining plant and tools, high pressure hoses and lifting equipment, and notifying the office when equipment is broken or faulty.
You must be able to work a phone app after time, as all job sheets and other paperwork coming to you will be through a mobile app.
We provide all PPE, uniforms, safety boots and overalls which must be worn during your working day.
