Based in Stockport and working nationally, we serve a wide range of commercial and domestic clients — from Housing Associations and Manchester Airport Group to schools, retail parks, and private homeowners.
We’re now looking for a Trainee Drainage Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. No previous drainage experience is needed — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and physical readiness for hands-on outdoor work.

As part of a two-person maintenance crew, you will:
- Clean surface water gullies and drainage channels
- Use high-pressure water jetting to clear and maintain systems
- Map and trace out drainage networks
- Assist in regular planned maintenance
- Follow health and safety protocols on all job sites
