Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist drainage technician with CCTV drainage surveys to identify blockages, defects and structural issues.
  • Operate jetting equipment under supervision to clear and maintain drainage systems.
  • Support the use of specialist surveying tools and software to record drainage conditions.
  • Learn to interpret drainage drawings, site plans and as-built records.
  • Assist in preparing accurate survey reports and maintenance records.
  • Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures in line with company policy and legislation.
  • Keep tools, vehicles and equipment clean, safe and ready for use.
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers and other team members.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties to support the drainage technician and groundworks teams.

CARDS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Good practical skills and willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards).
