Due to the company’s continuous growth, we seek expressions of interest from motivated individuals keen to jump-start their career within the mining industry as a Trainee Dump Truck Operator. You will work on a 2-week on, 1-week off roster (both day/night shifts required) and fly in and out of Perth.
As a registered training organisation, Macmahon will not only provide you with structured, on-the-job training, but you will also complete a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operation. This is a nationally recognised qualification as a part of the traineeship.

You do not require any previous experience to be considered, but you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Unrestricted C Class Driver’s Licence (Manual)
• Can do attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to Macmahon’s safety culture and values
• Ability to meet our due diligence criteria

You must be able to prove full Australian Working Rights, as we are unable to support Visa applications for traineeships
Please note that we run a multiple-stage selection process. You may be required to complete a pre-employment questionnaire, complete online psychometric testing and attend a DTO Assessment Day in our Perth Head Office.
