SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Open to graduates, but a degree isn’t essential! We’re keen to hear from anyone with the right drive, mindset, and experience, including those from backgrounds in sales, retail, customer service, or any high-energy, people-focused or competitive environments i.e. sports (work or personal).
• Ideally you will have a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, this helps when you need to travel to meet your schools (travel expenses are covered).
• We are equally keen to hear from career changers or individuals with proven success in sales, target-driven roles.
• Ambitious, driven individuals who are motivated to build a successful career with purpose.
• Resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Strong work ethic and determination
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in building relationships.
