An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Plater to join a well-established, prestigious Surface Treatment Specialists in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment with a track record of producing quality work to the highest standards.
The role entails training as an Electro-Plater for manufactured components for many different electroplating processes such as Anodising, Chrome Plating masking and Painting. It will be an advantage to be able to follow and interpret engineering drawings and be familiar with the various processes used in the Aerospace Industry.
Attention to detail is prerequisite with a good understanding of engineering and will be required to complete quality reports and assessments and working to ISO 9001 and 9100 quality standards liaising with quality management. Full in-house training will be given.
This is a permanent position with competitive rates of pay dependent upon experience with overtime available as and when demand dictates.
