Description

FIELD-BASED ENFORCEMENT AGENT (RESOLUTION SPECIALIST) - GAIN A NEW QUALIFICATION WHILE MAKING A REAL IMPACT

Are you ready for a career that challenges you, supports your growth, and puts you at the heart of community wellbeing? Do you want to work in a position where every day is different, and your decisions genuinely make a difference?
At Marston Holdings, we’ve just launched our brand-new Marston Academy: a dedicated training program designed to equip you with everything you need to succeed. Each month, we’re opening the doors to driven, motivated, and people-focused individuals who want to kick-start or grow their career as an Enforcement Agent.
This is a specialist role focused on resolution, not just enforcement. You’ll be a problem-solver, not just a debt collector, handling complex and sensitive situations, executing warrants, and addressing persistent rates evasion with professionalism and integrity. You’ll also serve as a trusted face of our organisation, applying expert judgment, managing high-stakes interactions, and upholding the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Case Management & Investigation: Independently manage a diverse caseload, using investigative techniques to locate individuals, assess situations, and secure payments or recover goods.
  • Field Visits & Resolution: Conduct in-person visits and sensitive conversations, including with vulnerable individuals, using empathy and professionalism to defuse conflict and reach constructive resolutions. You will deliver enforcement actions, including Liability Orders and High Court Writs, with a focus on persistent evaders and high-profile cases.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Complete accurate documentation, manage payment collections, and adhere to all regulatory and procedural standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Recognise and respond to sophisticated non-compliance and evasion strategies with proactive, evidence-based solutions.
  • Flexible Hours: Carry out visits during early mornings, some evenings, and occasional weekends. Travel and overnight stays may be required depending on operational demand.
